Switch Media Co. offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, conversion rate optimization, and AI Automation. The services provided are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for Switch Media Co. to perform its services. Failure to provide requested materials in a timely manner may impact project timelines and outcomes.

4. Payment & Billing

  • All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon pricing and payment schedule.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.


5. Intellectual Property

  • Any content, designs, or materials created by Switch Media Co. remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Clients retain ownership of their existing trademarks, logos, and other proprietary materials provided to us for service purposes.


6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive business information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok). Switch Media Co. is not responsible for the actions, policies, or decisions of these third-party platforms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. If services are terminated, the client is responsible for any outstanding fees and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

9. Limitation of Liability

Switch Media Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Switch Media Co. from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of our services or any violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect upon posting.
